Premium Beautiful ruined my Hermes

The first time I encountered PB was when my sister wore it after her second pregnancy in 2006. Bila pakai nampak cantik badan. Tapi ingatkan corset biasa, so didn't take much notice.

2 years on after my slimworld affair and carrying an excess of 4 kg tak paham apesal tak nak mengaku 6 kg, I needed an intervention and I needed it fast. I started to become intrigued bila terbaca tentang kebaikan PB untuk kecantikan dan kesihatan di blog Hanis roughly a year ago. Infra-red and all that jazz. Being a materials scientist it kind of made sense that certain ceramics were able to emit infra-red waves. The exact mechanism was not so clear but it wasn't rocket science. There were numerous testimonials around at that time to feed the gullible side of me. So called up Hanis and she introduced me to Elena whom I bought my PB from. And so began my relationship with PB which has been going on for more than a year now. Thanks E!

Muka cam tak puas hati sebab I lost a couple of inches without needing their treatment sessions *muahahaha* So rasanya PB does do the trick. I'm not sure how good it is for weight loss because I didn't really see a substantial difference in my weight, but one thing for sure, it shapes the body, so I think it is great simply for that reason alone. If I had known then what I know now, I wish I had gotten the PB right after losing weight at SlimWorld for maintainence purposes. Do note however, that I started to see a difference in weight after eating a more healthy diet whilst continuing using my PB.

My favourite piece has to be the waist nipper which continues to be an everyday staple. Suka sebab it is a very flexible piece. Bila I mula2 pakai dulu I wore it at its loosest. But now I wear it at its tightest. But it damn well ruined my hermes belt! When I first bought the belt it only had three holes. With continued use of the waist nipper I had to get additional holes. The maximum number of holes that Hermes will allow is 5 only. So now I can no longer wear my belt because it is too loose boo hoo...

I love this reversible belt, the clemence (orange) and box (black) leathers have gorgeous textures and lets face it, I ain't gonna be getting a birkin anytime soon. Perhaps satu hari nanti kalau umur panjang dan ada rezeki dapat Professor boleh la kot *wink*

Satu je nak pesan, I think PB is the best tool for maintenance sebenarnya. However, for weight loss purposes, say you are a size 12 (UK), and want to be a size 10 (UK), then buy the PB items in size 12 rather than size 10. Sorry, tak tau standard size codes in malaysia, duh! Some people tend to buy PB items one size smaller and squeeze into them. Sebab kononnya nak beli sekali je, so better get the smaller size. I think that is the mistake a lot of people make. Susah and sakit I tell you. So bila susah and sakit, harus lah malas nak pakai, so buat rugi je.

Kalau boleh, beli yang sedap pakai, not too tight, especially the girdle. Jangan sedih kalau size yang selesa agak besar macam aku dulu, and took the smaller size huhuhu. Yang penting is not that you squeeze and suffocate, but that you expose your body to the special material. By wearing your size 12 PB, insyaallah your body will lose the weight and you will be able to lose that one dress size. And when you eventually reach size 10, then purchase PB items in size 10 pulak. Cewah, senang cakap, haku pun tak buat cenggitu hehehe! Bear in mind that in my opinion, one set of PB allows you to lose one dress size. If you are a size 14 and want to lose 2 dress sizes (i.e. fit into a size 10), then realistically you would need 2 sets of PB items.

One more reason to wear PB is so that you no longer have those suck-in-your-tummy moments, hahaha!
